我国学术期刊的现状是刊物分散，规模小，经济效益差，信息传播不畅，大量有用信息被淹没和浪费．学术信息只有联入Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ，才能最大限度地发挥它的作用．要达此目的，应采用当代计算机科学技术的新成果，采用数据挖掘技术，二次文献标引技术等，建立优质的中、英文兼容的科技信息数据库．使我国的学术期刊走向世界，以推动社会的发展和进步．
Abstract：The present situation of Academic Publications in China is the dispersion, little scale, no good in the economic benefit and information propagation. The useful information of a great quantity are frowned and wasted. The information would be linked to Internet , may bring into fall play. For achieve this target ,may apply new achievements of the computer science in the present age. To set up the science technology bases of the high quality and for forward compatibility in Chinese and English , use the data unearth technigue and the index of documents. Make Academic Publications of China move tawards the world.
