公路不停车计算机网络收费系统是基于射频 IC卡技术和模式识别技术的自动车辆识别技术而设计的 .主要阐述了系统的构成、原理及工作过程 ,并在此基础上讨论了车道、收费站、收费管理中心的网络互连 ,阐述了大型数据库 MS SQL Server在公路不停车计算机网络收费系统中的应用
Abstract：The electronic toll collection system for running vehicles is designed according as automatic vehicle identification (AVI)including radio frequency IC card technology and pattem recongization technology. The structure, principium and working process of this system are introduced. And the connection with the computer network, and the application of MS SQL Sever in the toll collection system is discussed.
