基于嵌入式系统的生物质锅炉优化监控系统的研究与应用

摘要:

针对生物质锅炉的控制难题,为实现生物质锅炉高效稳定洁净燃烧的目标,提出生物质燃料锅炉液位和燃烧的优化策略.利用MCGS组态软件和Matlab simulink的优势,采用可靠DDE技术,实现了MCGS组态软件与Matlab的数据通信.构建基于现场总线嵌入式操作系统的硬件平台,使生物质锅炉的给料系统、燃烧系统、吹灰系统、送风系统、引风除尘系统等达到完全自动控制.基于物联网技术,利用CDMA数据终端实现生物质锅炉的远程监控.实测及运行经验表明,新型生物质锅炉具有结构新颖、洁净燃烧、高效节能、低排放、操作方便等优点,为生物质燃料锅炉的推广应用提供探索和借鉴.

Abstract:

Aimed at the difficulty of controlling biomass boiler,an optimization strategy about the level and burning of biomass boiler was proposed in order to keep the boiler stable,highly efficient and clean. With the reliable DDE technology,the communication between MCGS and Matlab simulink could be achieved. In order to make the feed sub-system,burning sub-system,soot blowing sub-system,blowing-in sub-system,and induced air sub-system automated,a new hardware platform based on embedded operating system was designed. Remote monitoring of biomass boiler was realized based on CDMA data terminal applied with internet of things technology. With the operating experience,the new type biomass boiler had a lot of advantages,such as novel structure,clean,energy-efficient,low emission,convenient operation, etc,which provided reference for exploration and application of biomass fuel boiler.
