秦氏旧宅厅堂是豫中地区传统木构架建筑的典型代表.为了从结构安全性角度指导该建筑的保护与修缮,以厅堂木构架体系为原型建立整体有限元模型,通过静力分析得到木构架在自重及雪荷载作用工况下的变形规律及受力特点.分析结果表明:檩条与梁架搭接处、檩条之间的榫卯连接处、七架梁的跨中以及各层梁架的梁端是木构架结构的薄弱部位,易发生拔榫、弯垂、劈裂等现象,失效时直接影响结构的安全可靠性.研究结果将为厅堂的修缮设计提供科学依据,同时为同类木构架建筑的修护提供技术参考.
Abstract:Qin's old dwelling hall was a typical representative building with traditional timber frame in central Henan Province. In order to guide the protection and renovation of the building in terms of structural safety,the finite element model was established based on the hall timber frame system,and the deformation and stress characteristics under gravity conditions and snow loads were obtained through static analysis. The analysis indicated that the connection locations of purline and beam-frame,the mortise-tenon joints of purlines,the middle span of the 7-purlin beam,and the edge of the beams were the weakest structural parts,and were easy to cause tenon pulled from mortise,bend down and tearing and so on.These damages directly affected the structure of the safety and reliability. The scientific basis for the renovation design of the hall was provided by the research,and technical references for same kind of timber frame construction were furnished at the same time.
