协同学理论是研究系统协调发展及演化机理的重要理论工具,它揭示了系统演化的基础和动力源泉.经济投资活动是一个受多因素影响和制约的系统过程,根据协同学理论,分析了经济投资系统演化发展的机理,建立了经济投资系统演化发展的动力学模型,并以改革开放后黑龙江省经济投资系统的演化过程为例进行了仿真,得出了从1983年以来黑龙江省经济投资系统的发展机理及运行轨迹,阐述了24年中黑龙江省经济投资政策转变及其依据.
Abstract：The synergetic theory is the important theoretical tool to study the coordinating development and evolving mechanism of the system.The foundation and motive force source of the system's evaluation have been discovered by this theory.Economy investment is a system process which is influenced and restricted by many factors.Through analyzing the evolving mechanism of the economy investment system by synergetic theory,the dynamic model of economy investment system evolution is given,simplifying the model by dynamics analysis and carrying on computer emulation to the economy investment system of Heilongjiang Province which is after the reform and opening-up in our country,the developing mechanisms and running orbits of the economy investment system of Heilongjiang Province have been obtained since 1983,and then the switch and basis of economy investment policy in Heilongjiang Province have been explained by the thesis over past 24 years.
