为评价旧水泥混凝土路面实施冲击压实后的残余承载能力,在试验段进行了贝克曼梁检测和承载板试验以获取其回弹模量,并将两种方法测得的结果进行了比较,结果表明,承载板试验结果离散性较小,检测效果好于贝克曼梁.根据冲击压实后的表观效果,将水泥砼路面分成了三类进行分析,结果表明,冲压后路面的平均回弹模量及其离散性均随着表观破裂块度的减小和裂缝宽度的增大而减小.移除冲压后的砼板后,还在一些测点的基层上进行了承载板试验,结果表明,冲压后的砼路面与基层的回弹模量具有线性相关性.
Abstract:In an attempt to obtain the resilient modulus of the impact compacted concrete pavement for the evaluation of residual bearing capacity,both Benkelman beam(BB) tests and plate load tests are conducted in the test section and the results are compared with each other.The results obtained from the plate load tests obviously show the superiority to that of BB tests due to the much smaller dispersion.Depending on the effects of the impact compaction,the impact compacted pavement(ICP) is divided into 3 types and analyzed.The results indicate that both the average resilient modulus of the ICP and the dispersion of the modulus decrease with the reduction of the slab pieces' size and the increasing of the crack opening.Besides,plate load tests are conducted on the base course of some test location with the concrete slab blocks removed.The results show a linear correlation between the resilient modulus of the ICP and that of the pavement's base course.
