新型C10高碳糖胺基衍生物的合成及波谱分析Synthesis of New C10 Higher Carbon Amino Sugar Derivatives and Spectroscopic Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
首次报道了新型C10高碳糖胺基衍生物的合成.以结构全新的高碳糖为原料,与芳胺反应得到高碳糖亚胺,经NaBH4立体选择性还原合成了8种结构新颖的高碳糖胺基衍生物.所合成化合物结构经1H-NMR1、3C-NMR、IR和元素分析确证,并对其波谱数据进行了分析.
