多巴胺含磷衍生物的合成及表征Synthesis and Structure Characterization of Phosphorylated Dopamine Derivatives

摘要(Abstract)：
以亚磷酸二烷基酯为磷酰化试剂,通过Atherton-Todd反应成功合成了6个新的磷酰化多巴胺化合物.利用IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,31PNMR,ESI-MS等手段对产物结构进行了表征,结果表明得到了目标化合物的纯品.
