介孔分子筛SBA-15的合成与表征Synthesis and Characterization of Mesoporous Molecular Sieves SBA-15

摘要(Abstract):
以三嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,水热合成了介孔分子筛SBA-15,利用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、TEM等手段对其进行了表征,并考察了SiO2/P123摩尔比、反应溶液酸度、共溶剂等因素对其结构的影响.结果表明,随着SiO2/P123摩尔比的增加,介孔分子筛SBA-15的比表面无显著变化,孔径、孔容逐渐减小;随着反应溶液酸度的增强,样品比表面无明显变化,而孔径、孔容则明显变大;不同共溶剂的扩容效果不一,其中三甲苯的效果最佳.
