以大黄酸为荧光探针分子测定木耳中镁离子的含量Determination of Mg~(2+) in Fungus by Using Rhein as a Selective Fluorescent Probe

摘要(Abstract):
以纯化后的市售大黄酸为荧光探针分子,建立了对Mg2+具有高选择性和高灵敏度的荧光分析体系.在DMSO/NH4Cl-NH3·H2O(体积比95∶5,[NH4Cl]=0.05 mol/L,p H 10.4)缓冲溶液中,大黄酸与Mg2+以1∶1的络合比形成强荧光配合物(λmax=602 nm),配合物荧光发射强度与Mg2+浓度在0~2.1×10-5mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为5.52×10-7mol/L.将其用于木耳中Mg2+含量的检测,结果与原子吸收法相一致.
